Gene, I've got one of those small tri-pods that you are talking about. Has three short legs or you can strap it to a tree. Only problem is, I never get a chance to use it!
Mark, that's a nice buck for sure!

Yeah, they always look twice as big, when up on four legs, I think they shrink when they're side hits the ground, sorta like a retracting tape measure.

Not sure if I could have killed that Buck.........I mean, not sure how my arrow would have hit it's mark with all my shaking that would have been going on in my arms and knees. "Mark, you da Man".

I noticed out back with my feeder that over the past 6 weeks had no action around dark. I just thought they had changed to a different pattern, after checking Saturday morning it seems the battery was dead. I thought it would run longer than it did. Changed it out but still not happy with times....I wanted it to put out corn at 7:30 am but somehow the old time of 5:30 pm is still operating. Sunday I need to get back into it and change times again. Computers, programs and all that stuff is complicating my deer hunting........I remember years ago it was much simplier. Drive around at night in a truck with a spotlight and take want you want and now you can't even own a spot light. Dang it.
